Today was quite an eventful day!

First, i went to an audtion/interview for a job at Sydney’s Luna Park with Rita!
At first I was quite nervous when I found out we had to DANCE! That’s right noobs! I HAD TO DANCE FOR A JOB! haha. But once we got into the swing of things it was quite fun!

Ok so this is how it went down!
1. We arrive, got a number and filled out this paper with our availabilities, what sector we wanted to work in ect.

2. wait in line. I got number 217! The darn sticker wouldn’t stay stuck to my dress! so I bobby pinned it to my dress! Thanks Rita for the bobby pin!
People were called in in by groups of 40.

3. Get into the bigger room, do a little intro of our name and where we’re from!

4. Dance! we did the YMCA and random stuff of our own!

5. We got separated into 2 large groups. Then each person in the smaller group had to jump into the middle and get everyone to do two actions!
My two actions were “shake you booty” and “the hand roll!”
Good fun!

6. Pair off and ask each other “If you could be anything in the world, what would it be and why?”
I chose a Tree, I didn’t really have a reason, but Rita gave me one. She said “so you can photosynthesis and save man kind!” teehee.!
Rita chose to be a Rock because she’s “hardcore”. hahaha!
Then of course we had to tell the group!

7. Wait to the side while the judges judged us and made a decision of whether or not we would progress to the next level.
Rita and I obviously got through! =]

8. Individual interviews. We were given the roles that would best suit us then we had to fill out forms and wait in our individual lines to get interviewed!
I got put into guest relations.

9. Individual interviews. My interviewer was Liam. He is a graduate from UNSW and immediately he was impressed! YAY for UNSW! Liam also said he was very impressed with my resume and my ASPIRE work at uni! =]

That was pretty much it. The next step is to wait till Friday and call up at my specific time to see if I got the job!

After the interview, we realized that Luna Park was filming a commercial or something! So Jamie and I decided to be extras in it!

We played the roles of two friends fighting over a purple star! haha it was all fun! I got to twirl around!
After that scene, we moved onto a scene on the merry go round! That was fun at first but soon got tedious!

I’M GOING TO BE ON TEEVE! YAY!

Also got to meet some lovely peoples who were very friendly and told us all about being extras and such!

After all the filming, Jamie, Rita and I were so hungry that we decided to go McDonald’s on George street!

I ordered the new chicken scorcher, which in my opinion could have been better! But I was hungry so I didn’t exactly care!

After noming, I decided to cab it home because it was late and I just wanted to get home!

So here I am, at home, Blogging this! haha

Second post for the day!

As I was uploading clips for my vlog, I FOUND PHOTOS FROM JOHN’S BIRTHDAY DINNER!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOHN <3

We went along with his family to Pancakes on the rocks, Darling Harbour for his birth day dinner!

John ordered the Pork Ribs with wedges.
Edward ordered the Fisher man’s basket.
I ordered the Chicken and Bacon pizza!

It was all very tasty! The only criticism I can give was the Pork ribs. They were on the dry side and no where near saucy enough! Perhaps it was due to the large volume of patrons that night!

After dinner, John, Edward, John’s sister, John’s sister’s boyfriend and I walked over to The Star and went to Adriano Zumbos for some macaroons!

I didn’t think I was going to blog about it so I didn’t take many photos! However I got some shots with the Birthday Boy and the two Adriano Zumbo deserts we got! (not the macaroons unfortunatly!)

They say ‘bad luck’ comes in sets of threes.

This happened to me on the weekend! Saturday 10th December – Sunday 11th December!

This is what happened (in chronological order)
1. I bought some meat for pasta from Coles – But i forgot to take it home.
2. I got into a car accident while picking up mini Nat from his friend’s party. Luckily no one was hurt, just damages. The thing is though, my car got more damages than the other person’s.
3. My trusty Bettina Liano wannabe jeans ripped! R.I.P my comfy jeans!
(I did not purchase these jeans becuase I wanted ‘rip off’ Bettina Liano! It was just a coincidence that they looked like BL’s. In fact it was a friend of mine that pointed them out!)

What luck i have right?! Hopefully from now on there won’t be any more badluck!
Let’s hope the rest of the week is smooth sailing!

On another note, next Tuesday is May’s Christmas party at her place! I will be bringing mashed potatoes! If you noobies would like to see how I make mash / tutorial JUST LET ME KNOW!

OH YEAH and one last thing! I am currently uploading and about to edit my vlog from Friday 9th December! There is some random stuff going on in there!

So I just filmed ad edited my perfume collection!

Sorry about th camera quality, I’m testing out a new camera that has higher mega pixels compared to the camera i used to film the other videos.

Again, I’m not trying to brag, I DO NOT believe my collection is very big at all, I have seen collections that are 2, 3 (and more) times my collection!

So today, Tuesday 6th December 2011 marks the FINAL DAY of my summer school course!

Here is a couple of words to sum up the course!

The silk road was the center for trade. Everything was traded along the silk road i.e. silk (obviously), copper, horses and camels.
oh and one more… BORING! In my opinion, the course could’ve been self taught via wikipedia *SIGH!

But anyways!

Onto the more exciting news! As requested by my wonderful friend Aniqa, I will be making a perfume collection video! YAY!

I know I was meant to film my November GlossyBox.
But i decided not to, simply because 1. it’s no longer November and 2. A LOT of people have already done it…
so I’ll probably do a review on the products in the box!

All the products used were ‘drugstore’ nothing high end i.e chanel, YSL, lancome etc
